Requirements
■ Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration, studied computer science or similar specialist qualification
■ Good technical IT understanding (Windows Server, Active Directory, .NET, IIS)
■ Good database knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server, Cloud & Storage)
■ Experience with medium and large-sized IT projects (at least 2 years)
■ Experience in agile software development (Scrum) desirable
■ Very good knowledge of German (C2 level)
■ Strong communication and presentation skills
■ Fun to learn new things about products and services
Tasks & Responsibilities
■ Planning, organizing and controlling projects
■ Customer training (on site / digital)
■ Testing & documentation of errors / developments
■ Hardware, software, system & network administration and firewalls
■ Administration of VoIP telephony
■ Research and procurement of hardware and peripherals
■ Support and elimination of disruptions to the network and server infrastructure
