Enterprise Account Manager

What we're looking for

As we grow, we are looking for a seasoned, personable, persistent, and patient customer success leader to manage and build out our deployment and customer success function, first as our technical implementation representative and over time, as the architect of this function here.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical implementation and proactively monitor and contribute to customer goal achievement, driving customer value from the product, and layering on feature sets.
- Coordinate between Sales, Engineering, and Product to ensure customer needs and expectations are met expeditiously and consistently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional customer success or solutions engineering experience in an enterprise industrial automation, energy services, or similar environment
- Deep understanding of energy project developer dynamics
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on a complex technical product and troubleshoot to resolve technical problems rapidly
- World-class communication, promptness, and organizational skills
