Requirements
▪ Completed studies in the field of computer science/business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
▪ Several years of professional experience in license management
▪ Preferably experience with the license metrics of large software manufacturers such as Microsoft, SAP and VMWare
▪ Competence in using license management tools
▪ Know-how in conducting license audits
▪ Good written and spoken German (min. B2) and English (B2)
Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ In your role, you play a central role in identifying, maintaining and updating our group-wide license inventory and keeping track of actual usage and commercial license volume.
▪ In addition, you will monitor and develop our Software Asset Management (SAM) to ensure that we use software licenses efficiently and manage costs responsibly.
▪ Your contribution will ensure that software is used in a legally compliant and economically optimized manner while adhering to compliance requirements.
▪ You will be available as a contact for internal and external stakeholders in licensing matters to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
▪ You will also develop, maintain and communicate guidelines, specifications and procedures in license management to create clear structures.
▪ You will lead and carry out software and license analyses as well as external license audits to optimize our licensing landscape and ensure that we meet compliance requirements.

Hiring Process
1) First Interview: 60-minute online interview with a HR representative and either the Head of IT, Vice President or other team member.
2) On-site interview: In-depth interview focusing on technical skills, cultural fit and tour of the office and facilities (1.5-2 hours). Discussion of terms and conditions, including salary.
3) Optional trial day: A practical day where you get to experience the role and workplace first-hand.
4) Final decision: Usually made within 2-3 weeks of the initial interview.
