We are looking for a highly analytical generalist skilled in turning data into actionable insights, with strong project management abilities and looking to grow into a strategic commercial leader. This individual must possess excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of presenting complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
They should have a background working in management consulting roles or within busy commercial teams, where they have used data to analyze customer behavior, build customer journeys, and inform product designs. As a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, they should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and working across multiple teams. What does the job involve
- Reporting & Communication: Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards to track key metrics (e.g., revenue, country P&L, pipeline value). You will aggregate and analyze data from commercial teams to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Data Analysis: Collect, transform, and analyze data from various internal and external sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Use these insights to optimize products, customer journeys, and partnership performance.
- Commercial Operations: Monitor the effectiveness of customer journeys and products for various partnerships, identifying areas of improvement. Collaborate with different teams to ensure data-driven decisions are applied to improve customer success.
- A/B Testing: Support the planning and execution of A/B tests for product and customer journey iterations. Analyze results to determine the impact of changes on partner and customer outcomes.
- Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with account managers and commercial teams to manage data-driven projects that enhance business development efforts and improve internal processes. Orchestrate and oversee partnership launches across multiple regions.
- Ad-Hoc Data Requests: Lead the development of partner and business development data insights and materials based on requests from commercial team members and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with customer journey optimization and performance tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Experience in delivering presentations and influencing decision-making at all organizational levels.
