Director of Sales - Middle East & Africa
We usually respond within three days
- Pipeline generation, qualification, enrichment, and execution
- High activity level for prospecting (including calls, messaging across multiple platforms, and meetings)
- Gathering prospect requirements and tailoring product positioning and demonstrations to fit needs
- Develop, execute, and implement channel and partner strategy & programs with an emphasis on incremental revenue generation
- Handling deals end to end (commercials, negotiation, procurement)
- Identifying key customers’ feedback/requirements and reporting back to Product and Marketing
- Represent at conferences, attend meetups, and contribute to overall brand and awareness
- Working with local channel partners to facilitate deals
Requirements
- 5-7 years of proven experience as a lead sales executive working for a technology company in the fintech sector, with a strong focus on driving revenue and managing key client relationships
- A maverick – able to operate alone in a territory with remote support
- Extensive experience in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity space is preferred
- Tech-savvy, self-driven
- Excellent written & oral communication in English. Other languages are a plus
- Go-getter and doer – do not wait to be fed, pro-active
- Capable of performing in an agile and flexible startup environment
- Knowledge and experience in Blockchain technology – advantage
Compensation & Package
Base Salary + Equity (Galaxy Company Shares) + Commission.
